Weight Loss Journey

So today I have come to the conclusion that I am going to become fit and healthy.
It's a really scary thing for me because I don't know if I have the will power to do it, but I'm going to do it no matter what it takes.

Here's what I've calculated.
Age: 17
Height: 5'5
Weight: approx. 158.5 (last time i checked-Saturday January 29th)
BMI: 26.4 (which is in the overweight category by 1.4 body fat)
I'm trying to lose 25 punds which is 133.5 pounds

What I'm supposed to be
Weight: I should be around 136 pounds, but 117 to 156 pounds is still okay.

My Plan
Feb 5: 2 lbs
Feb 12: 2 lbs
Feb 19: 3 lbs
Feb 26: 3 lbs
Mar 5: 4 lbs
Mar 12: 4 lbs
BREAK FOR MUSICAL (BUT MAINTAIN HEALTHY EATING HABITS)
Mar 26: 5 lbs
By Mar 26 I should have lost 23 lbs.

haha. oh school you never fail to keep me on my toes.
well, I just returned home from a wonderful day of life, mayhem, and a gay wedding. (trust me, I'll tell you later about the wedding part)
anyway, I left school early because I have to get my wisdom teeth pulled in two weeks from wednesday. exciting? sure considering the fact this is the SECOND time under anesthesia.

came back, went to rehearsal, head shots, practice, home.
that was my day.

AH! I've been following Justin Bieber since 2006 when he first started on YouTube, and I am SOO excited to say that I cannot wait to see Never Say Never in 3D! My friend Morgan and I have been obsessing over it for months and we're so excited that it's almost here!

This is Heavenly by Victoria's Secret. This is my night/womanly perfume that I use on dates and such.



The second fragrance is PINK Warm & Cozy All-Over Body Mist by Victoria's Secret. This is my day/school fragrance. It's so light and it smells like fruit. yumm :)



Ha, okay the last one is Twilight Woods by Bath & Body Works. It's my post shower lotion because it nourishes my skin and smells Oh So Delicious!
